Program Structure: The Bloodhound Program is core component of AlphaBlock. We will reward the talents and contributions of community members to advance AlphaBlock and our communtiy .
Roles within the Program: - Development Partner (ADP BLOODHOUND): Focuses on business development and strategic partnerships. - Information Miner (AIM BLOODHOUND): Centers on gathering and analysing market information, content creation, and curating insights for the community.
Leadership and Reporting: The program includes a main Program Lead, with specific leads for the ADP and AIM roles. These leads report to the the core team of AlphaBlock.
Rewards and Incentives: Incentives include bounties for specific tasks, commissions for business development, and special rewards like the Cerberus NFT for high achievers.
Training and Support: The program offers mentorship, workshops, and educational materials to support the participants in their roles.
Performance Metrics: Performance of participants is evaluated based on their contributions, alignment with the program's goals, and specific KPIs.
Overall Goal: The Bloodhound Program aims to foster innovation, community engagement, and promote growth within the blockchain ecosystem, aligning with the broader objectives of AlphaBlock.
