The new Discord bot serving to improve on and replace Alpha Aggregator!

AlphaNews is easier than ever to get up and running in your server, all you need to do it invite the bot and use the 2/3 configuration commands to set your preferences!

Step 1

You can invite the bot to your server using this link > (awaiting link).

Step 2

Set your channel to receive the posts in using the /settings newschannel command and choose your proffered channel.

The bot will respond if it doesn't have the necessary permissions with the permissions it requires. (View Channel, Embed Links, Send Messages, Read Message History)

Step 3

Use the /settings active command to set whether to receive the posts (allows pausing)

Optional Step

Use the /settings roleping command to set a Role to be notified when a new post comes through.

Step 4

Use the /settings view command to check your current settings are all correct.

Step 5

Await your updates!
